We've designed and built over 200 outdoor kitchens across Fort Collins and Northern Colorado since 2012. We're a small, design-led, owner-operated team — not a national chain, not a remodeler who happens to do outdoor work on the side. Our Story

Fort Collins Elite Outdoor Kitchens started in a single-truck shop off Riverside Avenue in 2012. Founder Marcus Webb had spent a decade building custom homes in Larimer County and kept noticing the same thing: outdoor kitchens here were being framed like patios in Phoenix — wood studs, indoor-rated appliances, ungalvanized hardware. They looked great for two summers and then started falling apart by the third Fort Collins winter.

We started the company on a simple premise: build outdoor kitchens that survive Colorado. That meant galvanized steel framing, 304 commercial stainless appliances, freeze-drain plumbing, and stone systems engineered for our 30-PSF snow load and brutal freeze-thaw cycles. Twelve years and 200+ builds later, the original kitchens we framed in 2012 are still in service — most without a single warranty call.

Our Mission

To build outdoor kitchens that genuinely get used — every weekend in summer, most weekends in winter — and that still look beautiful 20 years later. That means specifying the right materials, designing for Colorado's climate, and never cutting corners on the parts you can't see. A pretty island that fails in five years is a worse outcome than no outdoor kitchen at all.

• In-house crews. Our framers, masons, and finishers are W-2 employees — not rotating subcontractors. The same lead is on your project from footings to final walkthrough.
• Permits handled in our name. We pull every City of Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and Larimer County permit on your behalf. If anything goes wrong with inspection, it's our problem, not yours.
• Written warranty. One year on labor and structural work, full manufacturer warranty registration on every appliance we install.
